Hosting & Infrastructure
Our platform is hosted in the European Union (Germany). All data is processed and stored within EU data centres, on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with redundant systems and regular backups.
Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2/1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. We enforce encryption across every layer of our infrastructure.
Access control
Access to systems and data is controlled through role-based access control (RBAC). We follow the principle of least privilege and require multi-factor authentication for all internal systems.
ISO 27001 certification
We are certified to DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2024 by GUTcert GmbH. Our ISMS covers the development, operation, support, and maintenance of our SaaS solution.
Data processing
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We offer a Data Processing Agreement to all customers and maintain a public list of sub-processors.

If you discover a vulnerability, report it to info@getklar.com. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and work to resolve issues promptly.
